Deuteronomy 4:39-41

39 So you shall acknowledge today,[a] and you must call to mind[b] that Yahweh is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no other God. 40 And you shall keep his rules and his commandments that I am commanding you today,[c] so that it may go well[d] for you and for your children[e] after you, and so that you may remain a long time[f] on the land that Yahweh your God is giving to you during all of those days.”

41 Then Moses set apart three cities on the other side of the Jordan,[g] toward the east,[h]
